Hi all, Immunity can be improved by maintaining diet, heigene and excercise . So adapting good habits is the simplest way of improving immunity system.
To start with, Heigene:- Use herbal or Ayurvedic products as body lotion, face cream. Keep your surroundings clean. Use proper disinfectant for cleaning floor, vessels. Use Boiled filtered water to drink.
Maintaining heigene is also by taking bath daily. Hand Wash before eating food, sneezing, after doing dirty work, before cooking etc. Moreover taking bath before going bed and whenever you went out for somework and back home. Especially taking bath in cold water improves body immunity. Use antiseptic liquid to water for bath. Always wear washed clothes after bath. Use antiseptic liquid for washing clothes for afterwash.
Secondly, healthy diet: – Being vegetarian is first step towards maintaining diet. Eating balanced food having variety of vitamins, minerals and proteins is important. Vegetables, fruits, grains as per season has to be included.
Use olive oil or ghee or coconut oil for cooking. Using honey to hot water will decrease your weight and honey to cold water will increase your weight. Use pepper in making soup or other dishes Which improves breath . Garlic and ginger improves immunity . Use dal , Greengram, Blackgram as protein intake. Lemon juice and orange juice are good intake for vitamin C . Spinach, beetroot, carrot, has good amount of fiber, vitamins and iron. Cardamom, turmeric has property of anti inflammatory. Cheese and curd rich in protein, calcium.
One example of daily routine makes you healthy and reduce weight. Early morning when you wake up just have juice made up of fruits or vegetables. Breakfast with vegetable or fruit salad. Afternoon can be idli, dosa, vegetable bath, pongal, roti, parota, momos, Upma any of this. Dinner must be very little either vegetable soup, sandwich, salad etc. Hydrating body is also important.
No chocolate, cake, ice cream, tea coffee. Between each food there must be break, food intake as per calorie needed to body.
Now at last , Physical excecise includes either yoga or jogging or playing outdoor games or going gym or dancing. Especially in yoga, doing meditation and breathing excercise controlling mind keeps mental and body health. Maintaining weight as per your age and height. Any games makes you sweat releases stress. Gym and dancing can be done in morning or evening sessions.
